How GetTrueCharge handles uploaded documents, audit data, billing, and support requests.

What we collect

When you use GetTrueCharge, you may upload bills, explanations of benefits, statements, screenshots, or related evidence so the audit system can review the document for potential dispute opportunities.

We may process technical information such as IP-derived country headers, browser request metadata, checkout status, payment metadata, and support emails you send to us.

Uploaded files

Uploaded files are analyzed for the current audit session and are not stored by us as original files after the session processing completes.

The extracted audit result, checkout status, document currency, potential savings estimate, and generated dispute packet data may be stored so paid users can recover the unlocked packet after checkout or a browser refresh.

AI processing and billing

Your uploaded document is used only to prepare the audit preview and dispute packet for your session. We do not sell uploaded documents, use them for advertising, or store the original files after processing completes.

We use paid, business-grade AI infrastructure for document extraction and packet generation. Our providers process files only to deliver and protect the service, and paid API processing is not used to train their consumer models.

Payments are handled by Dodo Payments through a secure checkout. GetTrueCharge does not store your full card number or card security code.
