Refund/Cancellation Policy

GetTrueCharge sells a one-time digital unlock for the dispute packet generated from your audit. No subscription is created by the unlock.

Due to the digital nature of the audit, all sales are final once the packet is unlocked.

Refunds are only issued in the event of a technical failure preventing document delivery after a successful payment.

If payment succeeds but the packet does not unlock, contact [email protected] with the checkout email, approximate payment time, and any payment or dispute reference shown on the screen.

Because this is a one-time digital unlock and not a subscription, there is no recurring plan to cancel.
